What is The Competitive Training Program?
The Competitive Training Program is designed to improve athletic performance for individuals of all fitness levels. It offers volume in all aspects of strength, conditioning, and gymnastics at a volume and intensity to take you to your peak levels of fitness.
This program will ensure you are ready to reveal your full potential. It’s very challenging and will push you to your limits, but will take those who trust the process further than they thought they could ever go. 💪
Who is this program for?
Тhis program is designed specifically for those looking to compete in the sport of CrossFit, those who want to compete in the future, or those who just love suffering a lot on a daily basis. 🙃
The program features Olympic movements 🏋♂ with metcons, so having a grasp of most of the basic lifts is recommended. No matter what your current level of competitive experience, this competitive training program will incorporate all facets of strength, skill, and energy system development into your training, and also address the areas preventing you from reaching your full potential 💯.
How long will it take?
This program will challenge you five times a week - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Wednesdays are an active recovery day and Sundays are a full rest day 🧘
It will usually take around 90 minutes to 2 hours ⏳ to complete each day and may need to be split into 2 sessions for best results.
What equipment is necessary to do this program?
If you are in a Strength & Conditioning gym or CrossFit gym with the basic equipment, you will have all you need. GHDs, rings, sandbags, d-balls, and climbing ropes can always be substituted.
